RAW:almond is always looking to make each year a year to remember, so we scour the globe looking for talented chefs to celebrate the season. Chefs from afar and local stars share the kitchen the entire run. The schedule is poured over by head chef Mandel Hitzer in order to create the best festival possible.
Every year a part of the fun is being able to watch the chefs create the marvellous food they’ve conjured. The kitchen is also the place where chefs make lasting connections and learn lasting skills from one another. Guests are welcomed to peak in through one of the openings, watch the drama unfold and learn a few tricks of the trade.
